Don Julio® Blanco™ served in two parts combining pink grapefruit, fresh lime and vanilla

Part 1

  • 25ml Don Julio® Blanco™
  • 75ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 10ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • [Vanilla] sugar (1 bar spoon)
  • Top up with soda water

Method: Shake all ingredients. Strain over ice.

Garnish: Pink grapefruit twist

Glass: Highball

Part 2

  • 25ml Don Julio® Blanco™

Method: Pour 25ml of Don Julio® Blanco™into glass

Garnish: Pink grapefruit wedge with vanilla sugar

Glass: Champagne/shot

DON JULIO® BLANCO™ PALOMA

A refreshing serve of Don Julio® Blanco™ built over fresh grapefruit and lemonade.

  • 50ml Don Julio® Blanco™
  • 60ml grapefruit juice
  • 60ml lemonade

Method: Add all ingredients into the highball glass.

Fill with ice.

Stir ingredients.

Garnish: 2x grapefruit slices

DON JULIO® Paper Heart

Don Julio® Blanco™ served with freshly squeezed orange juice, ginger hibiscus tea, ginger and agave syrup.

  • 40ml Don Julio® Blanco™
  • 20ml agave syrup
  • 5ml fresh lime juice
  • 20ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 50ml ginger hibiscus tea
  • (cold: 3-4min infusion)
  • 2 thumbnails of ginger

Method: Muddle fresh ginger.

Shake all ingredients.

Strain into chilled coupe glass.

Garnish: Orange zest

DON JULIO® T&Tea

Don Julio® Blanco™ shaken with Green Chartreuse, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup and green tea.

  • 50ml Don Julio® Blanco™
  • 10ml Green Chartreuse
  • 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • 60ml cold green tea (tea infusion for no more than 3-4 minutes)
  • Dash of bitters

Method: Shake all ingredients.

Strain over cubed ice.

Garnish: Lemon slice

Glass: Rocks

 

DON JULIO® Chimayo

Don Julio® Reposado shaken with crème de cassis, pressed apple juice and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

  • 50ml Don Julio® Reposado
  • 15ml crème de cassis
  • 35ml apple juice
  • 5ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method: Shake all ingredients.

Fine strain into chilled coupe glass.

Garnish: Apple slice

Glass: Coupe

DON JULIO® Rosita

Don Julio® Reposado stirred down with Aperol and vermouth.

  • 40ml Don Julio® Reposado
  • 20ml Aperol
  • 15ml sweet vermouth
  • 15ml dry vermouth
  • 1 dash of bitters

Method: Stir all ingredients in mixing glass until perfect dilution.

Strain over cubed ice.

Garnish: Lemon twist

DON JULIO® Marmalade Margarita

Don Julio® Reposado shaken with Grand Marnier®, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice and marmalade.

  • 50ml Don Julio® Reposado
  • 15ml Grand Marnier®
  • 2 bar spoons blood orange marmalade
  • 25ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Dash of agave syrup
  • Orange zest

Method: Shake all ingredients.

Fine strain into chilled coupette glass.

DON JULIO® Glisten

Don Julio® Blanco™ shaken with fresh lemon, pink grapefruit liqueur and a touch of grenadine.

  • 37.5ml Don Julio® Blanco™
  • 25ml Giffards grapefruit liqueur
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 5ml grenadine
  • 20ml egg white

Method: Shake all ingredients.

Strain into chilled coupe glass.

Garnish: None

  • 100-150ml Fresh grapefruit juice

Method: Build ingredients in glass and stir
