Ketel One® vodka shaken with sugar syrup, white balsamic vinegar and a ripe tomato.

  • 50ml Ketel One® vodka
  • 15ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 large ripe tomato

Method: Muddle tomato. Shake all ingredients.

Fine strain into chilled coupe glass.

Garnish: Cherry tomato on rim with cracked black pepper float

KETEL ONE® BLOODY MARY

Ketel One® vodka thrown with tomato juice, citrus and spices.

  • 50ml Ketel One® vodka
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice
  • 80-100ml tomato juice
  • 5 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker. Fill with ice.

Lightly shake ingredients. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.

Garnish: Lemon wedge, cherry tomato and cracked black pepper

Ketel One® vodka shaken with Grand Marnier®, citrus, ginger, orgeat and served long over ice.

  • 50ml Ketel One® vodka
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 5ml orgeat syrup
  • 10ml Grand Marnier®
  • 5ml ginger syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Dash of soda

Method: Shake all ingredients. Strain over cubed ice.

Top with a dash of soda.

Garnish: Lemon twist and a dash of Angostura bitters

Ketel One® Citroen,  shaken with lemon juice,  pink peppercorns,  basil and pineapple juice.

  • 35ml Ketel One® Citroen
  • 15ml limoncello
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 5ml gomme
  • 6 crushed peppercorns
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 40ml pineapple juice

Method: Shake all ingredients.

Strain over cubed ice.

  • 30ml pear purée
  • 10ml apple juice

  • 10ml vanilla syrup
  • 10ml pomegranate syrup

Method: Shake all ingredients. Fine strain into chilled glass.

Ketel One® vodka shaken with green tea, kiwifruit purée, fresh lime and agave.

  • 35ml Ketel One® vodka
  • 50ml green tea
  • 30ml kiwifruit purée

Method: Shake all ingredients. Strain over cubed ice.

  • 20ml Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur

  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Dash of peach bitters

Method: Dry shake.

Shake all ingredients. Fine strain

Cîroc® vodka shaken with Grand Marnier®, lime juice, white grape or apple juice and topped up with Champagne

  • 35ml Cîroc® vodka

  • 50ml white grape juice or apple juice
  • Top up with soda/sparkling wine/Champagne

Method: Shake all ingredients.

Fine strain into chilled Champagne glass. Top up with soda.
