  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • egg white/ cellulose ( just optional )

  • 10ml sugar syrup

Served over crushed ice in swirled high ball , topped with lemonade

  • 40ml Jack Daniels Single barrel
  • 20ml Contrieu
  • 20ml lemon
  • 5ml sugar syrup

Shake and strained onto ice cubes served in tumbler

 

 

Old Fashioned

  • 50ml Jack Daniels Single Barrel
  • 2 spoons brown sugar (25ml sugar syrup to save time)
  • 2 -3 dashes bitters
  • ice cubes

Add ice and stirred till diluted to the top and garnish with lemon/orange zest, rim glass with twisted peel before serving in tumbler

  • 5-10ml /2 squeezes of lemon
  • 50ml Apple juice
  • topped up with gingerale

A unique blend of Bulleit® Bourbon, apple juice, american mustard and fresh lemon juice.

  • 1 tsp of ‘Frenchies’ mustard

  • 100ml apple and ginger juice
  • 5ml simple syrup
  • 50ml egg white

Method: Shake all ingredients.

  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes peychaud bitters
  • Absinthe lining

Method: Stir all ingredients until perfect dilution.

  • 6 to 8 dashes of tabasco sauce
  • 5 dashes of Worcester sauce
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 5ml balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of paprika, garlic and smoked salt
  • 150ml tomato juice

Method: Lightly shake all ingredients.

Pour into highball glass.

Garnish: American hot dog, pickles (onion and gherkin) and lemon wedge
